It is possible together to make a huge diference in this world.

Lets fight together against every negative atittude.

A Flower and Leaves in the Rain

It is raining

It is pouring

Life is not boring

It is Spring!

And everything is changing for better.

Do the same in your life.

I am doing good changes in my life... very positive changes... including:

eating less

doing more exercises

having more time with my partner

having more time with myself (very important task)

gardening

cooking light meal

drinking red wine (2 glasses every night)

writing

filming

cleaning my home

reading excellent books

smalling much more

writing letters for friends who live away.

As I said: "Life is not a Cabaret everyday. But I/We can try to be happy everyday in my/our life/lives"

Have a beautiful and peaceful Easter, because I will have a nice, and fun Easter.

Good Morning Life! It is marvelous to be alive.

Dear friends!

I am having great fun starting this blog and am enjoying the silence and freedom it affords me. I can keep my thoughts moving on until one day people share their thoughts as well.

Again I woke up early and very optimistic today. It is Friday, a wonderful day out side my home... It is cold, but Spring is in the air... Love is in the Air! Color, flowers and new attitude from New Yorkers...

Today I found in the free newspaper, Metro this question:

"It is Spring! Do you think spring makes New Yorkers nicer?"

I saw three foolish answers. I do not want to repeat them here in my private space.

But I think; "New Yorkers, people, human beings need to be nice, polite, wonderful, everyday solidary, all the time not only in Spring." - We need to change urgently for the better!

Today is another day! Another destiny

Dear Friends, today I woke up very early, very early at 3:00 a.m... I couldn't sleep... a little dizzy vampire, but I was ok and I said: "Thank God! I am alive one day more, another day, another destiny...". It is fun, but I never suppose to be in the corner of my 50th years old... 50th years it's a lot... for me it is a lot... half century... (not yet, but soon...)

If you ask me what am I thinking about my half century ? - I can tell you that I am not unconfortable with it. But I confess, I admit that it is different... It is the time in your life that we know that it is possible to do a lot of things, but not everything, as we thought when we were teenager... "Teenager?" - a long time ago! It was wonderful! Very creative, positive and crazy... 35 years ago, I loved twice a day two different human beign... I loved to live in love when I was 15 years old...

I love to be in love with my 50 (soon) years old.

50 years is around the corner / 50 anos estão chegando

Dear Friends my 5oth B-day is around the corner and I will start to observe my feelings between now and May 30th... It is very important to have half century, but many things change in our lifes, including our mood. Sometimes for better, sometimes for worse... What to do?

Queridos amigos os meus 50 anos estão chegando e eu começarei apartir de hoje a observar as minhas mudanças, pois o aniversário será dia 30 de maio. É muito importante chegar a meio século de vida, mas sabemos também que muitas coisas mudam em nossas vidas, inclusive o nosso humor. Às vezeds para melhor e muitas vezes para pior.
